Refund/Return Policy
At Apparelwand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process. Please review the following policy details carefully.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of the delivery date. We regret that we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions, or for any final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at Customer@apparelwand.com within the 30-day return period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include the completed return form (if provided), and clearly note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package using a traceable shipping method. We highly recommend retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind / Size Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipment for the affected item(s) and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or style is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance promotion.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items without their original tags and packaging.
6. International Returns
Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when shipping returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without a valid tracking number, so we strongly recommend using a traceable service.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Customer@apparelwand.com within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the quickest resolution, which may involve a replacement, repair, or full refund. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
