All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with trusted global carriers to offer reliable delivery services. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Destinations & Charges
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping – please check our website or announcements for current promotions.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that:

  • The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, or customs fees), and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the local carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations or in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, with no additional shipping cost to you.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at Customer@apparelwand.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, or if your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the situation.
